Why do people go through stress

Everyone feels stressed at times. But there are times in our lives when we feel particularly overwhelmed with tension. And during them we can feel really awful and have highly unpleasant stress symptoms to deal with, the mean reason people go through stress is because their overwhelmed by things that are going on in there life's, but Like I said before we all have different ways to deal with stress, but are body fights off stress the same way, 

The stress response

         We are all born with an instinctive stress response.

  • Whenever a potentially dangerous situation arises, stress hormones are released into our bloodstream.

  • They cause instant mental and physical change in us, giving added strength and endurance, and make us feel pumped-up and ready to fight.

  • Stress hormones also enable us to run away much faster than we could normally manage.

         This response is generally called the 'fight or flight syndrome'.

If you going through stress through stress you have to understand why you're going through stress in the first place, but its also easy to forget how incredible our body is in how it helps has fight off the stress, I know this might be out of context, Dr. DeGroat of lifehacker.com said that "most of the stress we experience come from our relationships."  I believe stress in relationships (occupational, family, social), often includes difficulties with setting and maintaining boundaries, and end up feeling irritated and resentful. One of the best ways to prevent stress in relationships is to identify our own limits/boundaries and hold to them,"
